Over the past few months, a lot of Potterheads have found themselves reading and enjoying the first film in The Hunger Games. So here's a fun question - if the following characters were in the Games, who would win and why? Who would be the first to die? Harry Ron Hermione Luna Ginny Neville Draco Seamus Lavender Crabbe*note - yes that is not 24 tributes, but it's a bit of an easier discussion with a smaller number*

Harry - because he's the brave one. I think him and Katniss are quite alike, in that they both have such strong morals and senses of loyalty and courage.
The only thing is, Harry's not big into killing. In DH, at the beginning in the 7 Harrys, he uses Expelliarmus instead of a killing curse, because he doesn't want to kill, so i think that he could have that issue.

I think Harry would actually die in the final few, because of his "saving people thing". He'd try and be a hero and well, not make it. Plus like you said, he wouldn't be a big killer.
I think Hermione could have the ability to do it, but not the heart. She'd probably stage some kind of rebellious protest, but come up with a smart way to keep herself hidden from other tributes, eventually to be wiped out by Gamemakers.
Probably Draco or Ron in my opinion. Until the last few books, Draco doesn't have much of a weak stomach, and is quite greedy and like Slytherins are, ambitious. He's also athletic, which we know from Quidditch, so that could give him an edge. I can also see Ron being a brave sort of winner - he's got a strong build and could defend himself hand on hand quite well, having grown up with all those older brothers. His biggest issue might be smarts (not to say he isn't), for example with nightlock, he might not recognize it, because as we know - he never pays attention in class!
Seamus could also be a dark horse - with his aptitude for pyrotechnics.

I think Seamus or Lavender - i don't know why, Seamus is obviously good with fire and blowing things up and Lav Lav is a little teensy bit self centered so the whole killing thing might not effect her, and I can kind of see her being like the 'glimmer' of the games for some reason?? haha
